Gantova is a live capacity grid for agencies and consultancies. Who is on what, who is heading for the bench, and what the staffing plan means for revenue. Synced with Harvest, Jira, and QuickBooks Time so the grid matches reality.
Built for 30 to 500 person services firms. No credit card, no sales sequence, just email us.

Typical billable utilization at mid-size services firms. Top-quartile firms run above 80%, and the gap is almost entirely visibility, not talent.
What a 5-point utilization gap costs a 100-person firm each year at a $175 blended rate. It never shows up as one line item, so nobody owns it.
How long bench time usually sits unnoticed before it surfaces in a month-end report. By then the hours are gone and the margin went with them.
Product
Right now your resourcing lives in a tab that three people edit and nobody trusts. Gantova replaces it with one grid that stays current because your time tracking and project tools feed it directly.
Allocation percentages for the whole firm, weeks out. Filter by role, office, or skill. Need a data engineer with healthcare experience free from the 17th? The grid answers in seconds, not in a Slack thread that dies overnight.
Set 80% for engineers, 65% for principals, whatever your model says. Gantova flags anyone drifting under 60% or booked past 100%, weeks before it becomes a resignation letter or a write-off. Partners see drift the day it starts.
Every allocation carries a bill rate, so the staffing plan is the revenue forecast. Compare planned hours against actuals from Harvest and QuickBooks Time, and see next quarter's number move the moment you restaff a project.
How it works
Resource planning tools fail when they demand a process change before they show value. Gantova starts from the data you already have.
Read-only OAuth connections to Harvest, Jira, and QuickBooks Time pull in your people, projects, and tracked hours. You are looking at a populated grid about 20 minutes in. A CSV import covers everything else.
Give each role a utilization target and a bill rate. That is the whole setup. From here Gantova can tell you what on-target looks like and what every deviation costs.
Assign people to projects by percentage and week, with skills matching to surface who actually fits. Utilization, bench, and the revenue forecast update as you type. Print the spreadsheet one last time. Frame it.
Pricing
You pay for people who appear on the grid. Partners, finance, and anyone who just needs to look do not count.
For delivery teams up to about 40 people
For firms of 40 to 250 planning across teams
For 250-plus people, multiple entities, or procurement
Annual billing. Monthly available on Starter at $10 per person.
FAQ
Jira, Asana, and their cousins track tasks inside a project. They cannot tell you whether Priya has room for a new engagement in three weeks, or what your firm-wide utilization looks like in October. Gantova sits one level up: people, weeks, percentages, and money. Your PM tool keeps doing its job, and Gantova reads from it rather than replacing it.
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256, hosted on AWS in the US. Integrations use read-only OAuth scopes, so Gantova can never write to your Harvest, Jira, or QuickBooks accounts. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway with a report expected before general availability, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
Less than you would guess, because the spreadsheet is the import. Upload it or connect Harvest, map your columns once, and run both in parallel for a couple of weeks if that helps the team trust the numbers. The setup is built so a resource manager can do it alone, in an afternoon, without a services engagement.
Harvest, Jira, and QuickBooks Time, all read-only: people, projects, and tracked hours flow in on a 15-minute sync. CSV import and export cover everything else. The next connectors we build will come from early access requests, so if yours is missing, that is a good email to send.
Only people who hold allocations on the grid. Admins, partners checking the forecast, finance pulling reports, and any other viewer are free and unlimited. If someone leaves the firm mid-cycle, their seat credits forward automatically.
We are onboarding a small group of 30 to 500 person firms ahead of general availability. Early access pricing holds for 12 months, and you will talk to the people writing the code.
